Effective Date: August 25, 2026
Textatron is a product of DeskDialer. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Textatron and your participation in SMS/MMS messaging programs operated through Textatron.
By enrolling in a Textatron messaging program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Textatron
Textatron is a communications platform provided by DeskDialer that enables participating businesses, apartment communities, property managers, homeowners associations, organizations, and similar entities to send informational SMS/MMS notifications to individuals who voluntarily choose to receive them.
Messages may include:
- Maintenance notifications
- Utility interruption or outage notices
- Parking notifications
- Property or community announcements
- Emergency or safety alerts
- Office notices
- Event reminders
- Service-related updates
- Other informational communications related to the participating organization
The specific messages you receive depend on the Textatron messaging program you joined.
2. SMS Enrollment and Consent
Participation in Textatron SMS/MMS messaging is voluntary.
You may enroll through an approved Textatron opt-in method, which may include:
- Entering your mobile phone number on a Textatron web opt-in page and actively selecting an unchecked SMS consent checkbox; or
- Texting an approved opt-in keyword, such as START, to a designated Textatron messaging number where that option is offered.
Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, entering into a lease, creating or maintaining an account, or receiving unrelated services.
You must provide a mobile number that you are authorized to use.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
The number and frequency of messages depend on the communications needs of the participating business, property, association, or organization.
Some periods may have no messages, while other periods may include multiple notifications.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your wireless carrier’s standard SMS, MMS, and data charges may apply to messages sent to or received from Textatron according to your mobile service plan.
Contact your wireless carrier if you have questions about your text messaging or data plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may cancel participation in a Textatron messaging program at any time by replying:
STOP
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed.
After your opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive recurring messages from that messaging program unless you later choose to opt in again.
6. How to Rejoin
If you previously opted out and later wish to receive messages again, complete the applicable Textatron opt-in process again.
Where supported, you may also reply:
START
or
UNSTOP
to the applicable Textatron messaging number.
